My fascination with chainmail might have been because I came of age during the Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Game of Thrones crazes. I've long been convinced that its decorative techniques were applicable to jewelry and deserve recognition beyond just history books and renaissance fairs, so... I'm doing it live!
I draw design inspiration from fishing knots, lanyard bracelets from camp, and Chinese macrame. My pieces are meant to be for everyday wear and priced accordingly. No heavy costume jewelry or skin-irritating metals here.
